This week the Batten Team went to Ferrymeed to learn about the past and what they did.
I enjoyed the technology in the home which was when we made scones and set a table with everything that they would have had on the table for breakfast.
One thing that I found surprising was that the milk that they had in the schools was warm milk so it had been left outside in the sun so it made it disgusting.
The thing that I learned from the past was that there was way less rubbish and the only rubbish was the paper but they would just burn that on a fire.
